Shipping policy

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery is free for all orders. Orders to some regions are eligible for Express 2-Day Delivery for an additional fee.

DISPATCH AND CUT-OFF TIMES
All orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

TRACKING AND SIGNATURES
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can monitor your shipment every step of the way. All deliveries must be signed for.

DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERIES
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged or fails to show up within the estimated window, contact our support team right away so we can fix it.
